The Conference Images team has a unique advantage of having a background in the hospitality industry, being employed in positions from the ground up, such as food & beverage, event coordinators, guest relations, duty managers, hotel reservations, cost control, accounts and hotel reception. Our experience in these positions allow us to step into a "make it happen hands on roll" being able to work outside the standard venue format and understand how the back of house operations work.

HAZEL - director

Hazel is the founder of Conference Images and her background comprises of over 25 years of hands on experience in the many facets of the hospitality industry. Hazel is eager to share her knowledge through the establishment of Conference Images. Having worked in areas of Guest Relations, Reservations, Food & Beverage and Conference Coordinating, Hazel has a high level of expertise.

Hazel has organised and managed small and large frame events both nationally and internationally for a range of prestigious clients. This has included being appointed Hospitality Suite Manager for Coco Cola during the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.

Hazelís personable approach has provided her with repeated clientele that she has managed events for over the last 15 years. Hazel brings to Conference Images not only her many years experience but her personable approach and passion to each and every client.

CRAIG - conference & event manager

Craig comes to Conference Images after working in conference and event venues in both Australia and overseas. Most recently this has included the prestigious Sheraton Mirage Resort & Spa on the Gold Coast, where Craig was Conference & Events Manager for a period of 12 years.

Craig has had the opportunity of being involved in thousands of events, both big and small on all level of budgets. Craigís diverse range of experience in the hospitality and conference industry provide him with a high level of expertise in all areas of organising and running an event. His knowledge of banquets, venue and hotel operations is invaluable to our clients.

DEAN - event manager

Dean brings to the team a high level of enthusiasm and passion for events. Dean has 8 years experience working in the industry from all aspects of budgeting, accommodation, travel and food & beverage. Dean has assisted managing events both nationally and internationally, both small and large frame. To compliment his hands on experience he has also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Event Management through Macleay College.

Deanís eagerness to satisfy clients is refreshing and second to none. Deanís youthfulness and energy has been known to provide your conference and event with the WOW factor and his unique approach and creativity leaves each conference and event with a lasting impression.
